Monday everyone! It’s December! Which means it’s almost Christmas! And of course a festive season definitely calls for a festive breakfast 🙂 Feel free to swap the sprinkles for peppermint extract if you’re counting calories, but it won’t be as festive 😉 Happy Cyber Monday 🙂
A little less than 1/2 cup gluten free rolled oats
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp organic raw cacao powder
1 tbsp organic raw honey
1/2 tsp gluten/aluminum free baking powder
1/2 scoop sun warrior vanilla protein powder
1/2 a small banana
Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
Mix all ingredients in a ramekin dish and place in the oven. Bake for 20-22 minutes.
When ready, top with 2 squares of organic dark chocolate (optional, omit if you want it sweeter), and peppermint sprinkles.
