SUGA FREE SMOKEY BEAR DRESSING

Finally! A salad dressing recipe that is sugar free and nutritious! It feels good to be able to spice up your salad without the extra added sugars that you find in other traditional salad dressings, plus it also has a spicy sour kick which balances out the sweetness. Total nom nom land 😀
Recipe:

1/2 cup organic raw/unfiltered apple cider (i used braggs)
1/4 cup water
3 tbsp organic unsweetened apple sauce
1/4 cup organic extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp organic raw pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
2 tbsp red onion
1 tbsp organic mustard
1 tbsp organic chia seeds
1 garlic clove
1 tbsp lemon juice (squeezed from lemon)
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp oregano
1/8 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro leaves

Place everything in a food processor and puree until smooth. Store in a air tight jar and place in the refrigerator. Preserves for 2 weeks
